Sara Buchholz joined Brownell Landrigan in 2020.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Buchholz was a fellow at the Fordham Neuroscience and Law Center, where she conducted legal research on the use of neuroscientific evidence in civil and criminal cases.

In law school, Ms. Buchholz served as Editor for the I. Maurice Wormer Memorial Moot Court Competition and was chosen to participate in the Walter Leitner International Human Rights Clinic. She also served as an Associate Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal. 

A Miami, Florida native, Ms. Buchholz completed her undergraduate studies in 2014 at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and Communications.  While there she was a member of the Women’s Softball Team.  She then received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2019.

She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
