Criminal Investigations

When encountering potential exposure to criminal charges, we provide our clients with the benefit of our well-established relationships with respected criminal defense attorneys throughout the country.

Congressional Investigations

We represent clients questioned by congressional committees, working independently or in coordination with Agency Counsel in preparing clients for interviews with Congressional staff and formal testimony and retaining counsel with subject matter expertise, as necessary.

We develop professional working relationships with executive and legislative officials while maintaining a low public profile and avoiding media attention. We focus on reducing our clients’ potential exposure to adverse action by attempting to resolve matters efficiently and effectively, drawing as little public attention as possible.
