Supraja Murali joined Brownell Landrigan in 2014 as an Associate Attorney.

While in law school, Ms. Murali served as a student attorney in The George Washington University Law School’s International Human Rights Law Clinic as well as a legal intern for the World Organization for Human Rights USA and the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. She was the recipient of a Presidential Merit Scholarship (2009-2012) and Pro Bono Program Award (2012) and served as the Current Developments Editor of the International Law in Domestic Courts Journal as well as on the Executive Board of the Human Rights Law Society. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a fellow at an immigration law firm.

A Maryland native, Ms. Murali completed undergraduate studies at The University of Maryland, where she earned a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Government and Politics in 2009. She received her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in 2012.

She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland.
